Terms & Conditions — VTRYON

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VTRYON website, dashboard, APIs, mobile apps, WhatsApp-based workflows (if enabled), and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By clicking “I agree”, creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any feature (including free previews), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who We Are

“VTRYON”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to Legresca, having its principal place of business at:

2) Eligibility & Business Use

2.1 Business platform. VTRYON is designed primarily for business users such as boutiques, garment shops, manufacturers, studios, and their staff (the “Business Account”).

2.2 Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2.3 Authority. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3) Accounts, Approval, and Security

3.1 Account registration. You may need to create an account to access the dashboard, download results, remove watermarks, or use paid features.

3.2 Approval requirement. We may keep new signups in a pending approval state and approve/reject/suspend accounts at our discretion to prevent abuse and protect platform costs.

3.3 Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under your account.

3.4 Staff access. If you create staff users, you are responsible for their actions and ensuring they comply with these Terms.

4) Service Overview (What We Provide)

VTRYON provides AI-assisted features such as:

• Garment catalog management (upload garments, categories/subcategories, search)
• AI Model Generation (studio-style model images from garment images)
• Virtual Try-On (apply garments onto a person/model image)
• Multi-pose / pose generation
• Video generation from selected images (if enabled)

We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

5) Free Preview (Guest) Usage

5.1 Guest previews. We may allow limited “free preview” generations without login.

5.2 Limits & watermarking. Guest outputs may be watermarked, lower resolution, and download may be blocked until login. Free preview limits may include (example): 2 image previews + 1 video preview per device/session, or as shown in the app.

5.3 Anti-abuse. We may enforce device/IP/session controls to prevent repeated free usage.

6) User Content & Permissions (Very Important)

6.1 User Content

You may upload content such as:

• garment images (full / top / bottom / accessory),
• model/person photos,
• text inputs (names, tags, prompts, style selections),

(collectively, “User Content”).

6.2 You must have rights & consent

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have valid licenses/permissions to upload and use User Content, and
• you have obtained clear consent from any person whose image is uploaded.

6.3 License you grant to us

You grant VTRYON a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content only as necessary to:

• operate the Service,
• generate outputs (images/videos),
• prevent abuse, enforce safety, and comply with law,
• maintain logs/analytics for reliability and billing.

This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except copies retained for legal, security, backups, and dispute purposes.

6.4 Generated Content

Outputs created by the Service (“Generated Content”) are based on your inputs and AI processing. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use Generated Content for commercial purposes, including catalog, marketplaces, ads, and social media.

6.5 No exclusivity

We do not guarantee Generated Content will be unique or exclusive, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload, generate, or distribute any content that:

9) Account Data, Retention, and Deletion (Required)

This section explains how we handle account data, uploaded content, generated outputs, and logs under these Terms. More details may be in our Privacy Policy.

9.1 What "Account Data" includes

"Account Data" may include:

• profile and business details (name, phone, email, username, business name),
• authentication data (hashed passwords, session tokens),
• billing/transaction references (not full card details),
• usage records (credits used, generation history, timestamps),
• support communications and tickets,
• device/log data for security and fraud prevention.

9.2 Storage & processing

We store and process Account Data and User Content to:

• operate the Service,
• generate outputs,
• maintain account history/downloads,
• enforce limits, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We may use third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, storage, AI processing providers) as part of service delivery.

9.3 Retention (how long we keep data)

We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for:

• providing the Service and account functionality,
• security, fraud prevention, and abuse monitoring,
• backups and disaster recovery,
• legal compliance and dispute handling.

Typical retention rules:

• Active accounts: Data is retained while your account remains active.
• Generated outputs & uploads: Retained while your account is active, unless you delete them or request deletion.
• Security and audit logs: May be retained for 90–180 days or longer if required for security/legal reasons.
• Backups: Deleted data may persist in backups for 30–90 days before being permanently removed through normal backup rotation.

9.4 Deletion requests (account & data)

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@legresca.com from your registered email/phone.

We will:

• verify your identity (to prevent unauthorized deletion),
• process deletion within 30 days where feasible.

Exceptions: We may retain certain data even after deletion request if necessary to:

• comply with legal obligations,
• resolve disputes,
• enforce Terms,
• prevent fraud/abuse,
• maintain security logs and backups (for the retention period noted above).

9.5 Effect of deletion

After deletion is completed:

• you may lose access to your dashboard history and stored outputs,
• we are not responsible for maintaining copies of outputs you did not download,
• limited residual data may remain in backups/logs for the time periods described.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—so parts of this may not apply to you.

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VTRYON and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your User Content,
• your violation of these Terms,
• your misuse of the Service,
• your infringement of third-party rights.

15) Suspension, Termination & Post-Termination Data Handling (Updated)

15.1 Suspension/termination. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for non-payment or security reasons.

15.2 After termination:

• access to your dashboard and stored outputs may be removed,
• we may retain Account Data and logs as described in Section 9 (Retention),
• you may request deletion per Section 9.4, subject to exceptions.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

17.2 Jurisdiction. Courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction, unless arbitration is chosen below.
