1. What is VTryOn?
VTryOn is an AI platform for fashion sellers to create professional model images, multiple poses, and try-on visuals from garment photos—without doing a photoshoot.
2. Who is it for?
Boutiques, garment shops, manufacturers, D2C brands, marketplaces sellers, and catalog teams.
3. Do I need to sign up to try it?
You may get a free preview without signup, but full downloads and pro-quality outputs usually require login.
4. How do I start using it?

2) Uploads & Best Results
5. What type of garment photos work best?
- Front-facing, well-lit images
- Plain or clean background preferred
- Full garment visible (avoid heavy folds covering shape)
- Higher resolution = better output
6. What file formats are supported?
Typically: JPG / JPEG / PNG / WEBP (you can list your exact supported formats).
7. Can I upload mannequin photos?
Yes, but results are usually better with flat-lay / hanger / clean product shots. If mannequin is used, keep background clean.
8. Do you support tops, bottoms, full dresses, sarees, etc.?
Yes—most categories work. Some items may require better photos or category selection for best results.
9. What backgrounds are supported?
Studio-style and clean backgrounds are recommended. Some plans/features may allow background options.
3) AI Model Generation
10. What is "AI Model Generation"?
It creates a studio-style fashion model image that matches your garment for catalog use.
11. Can I choose model type (male/female, age, skin tone)?
If your UI supports it, yes. If not, we can add more control options in future updates.
12. Will the face remain consistent across multiple poses?
We aim for consistency, but AI can sometimes vary small features. Poses are designed to keep a uniform look as much as possible.
13. Can I generate multiple models for the same garment?
Yes—depending on your plan/credits.
4) Multiple Poses (Catalog Poses)
14. What are "Multiple Poses"?
After a model image is created, you can generate more angles and poses with the same model for your catalog—without reshoots.
15. Why should I generate multiple poses?
- More angles = higher buyer confidence
- Better product presentation
- Stronger branding consistency
- Improves conversion rate on marketplaces
16. How many poses can I generate?
It depends on your plan/credits. The app will show your available limits.
17. Can I choose pose styles (front/side/back/walking)?
If enabled, yes. Otherwise, you can generate and pick the best results.
5) Virtual Try-On
18. What is Virtual Try-On?
Virtual Try-On places your garment onto a person/model image to show "how it looks when worn".
19. Can I do try-on on my own customer photo?
Yes—only if you have the person's clear permission/consent.
20. Does it show perfect fit and exact fabric drape?
AI is an approximation. It may not perfectly match real-world fit, drape, or exact fabric behavior. Always review before publishing.
6) Video Generation (If Enabled)
21. What is "Try-On Video" / "Model Video"?
It generates a short video animation from your generated model/poses to create more engaging catalog content.
22. Can I generate video after poses?
Yes—this is the recommended workflow: Model → Poses → Video.
23. How long does video generation take?
Usually longer than images. Time depends on queue, complexity, and your plan.
24. Can I use videos for ads and social media?
Yes (subject to your plan/terms). Many users use them for Reels/Shorts and product pages.
7) Free Preview & Watermarks
25. What is "Free Preview"?
A limited demo that lets you test output quality quickly before signup/purchase.
26. Why are preview images watermarked or not downloadable?
To prevent abuse and protect compute cost. Full download is available after login (and plan/credits).
27. Why do I see limits like "2 previews + 1 video preview"?
Free previews have strict limits to keep the platform fair and stable. Limits may change anytime.
8) Credits, Plans & Billing
28. How do credits work?
Each generation (model, pose, try-on, video) consumes credits. Your dashboard shows credit usage and balance.
29. Do credits expire?
Depends on your plan. If they expire, we'll mention it in the pricing section.
30. Are credits refundable?
Usually, credits are non-refundable once used. If you want a more flexible policy, mention it here clearly.
31. Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
If you have subscription plans, list them here and link to your pricing page.
9) Account Approval, Safety & Abuse Prevention
32. Why is my account "Pending Approval"?
To prevent spam, abuse, and heavy compute misuse. Most legitimate business accounts are approved quickly.
33. Can my account be suspended?
Yes, if we detect abuse, repeated policy violations, or suspicious activity.
10) Privacy, Data & Ownership
34. Do you store my uploaded images?
Yes, we store uploads and outputs to provide your dashboard history and downloads (as explained in our Privacy Policy).
35. Do you sell my data?
No.
36. Who owns the generated images/videos?
Generally, you can use generated outputs commercially, but we don't guarantee uniqueness. (See Terms for details.)
37. Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes—email info@legresca.com with your account details and deletion request.
11) Troubleshooting
38. My output looks odd or inaccurate—what should I do?
Try these:
- Upload higher-quality garment photo
- Use plain background
- Ensure full garment is visible
- Try another pose/model variation
If it still fails, contact support with screenshot + job ID (if available).
39. Upload failed—why?
Common reasons:
- File too large
- Unsupported format
- Weak internet connection
Try compressing image or switching format (JPG/PNG).
40. Generation is stuck or slow
It can happen due to high demand or provider delays. If it's stuck too long, contact support with the timestamp.
