Thank you for using VTryOn ("the App"), developed by Legresca ("we", "our", or "us").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your information is used.

This Privacy Policy explains how VTryOn collects, uses, stores, and protects your data. By using VTryOn, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Photos You Upload

When you use VTryOn, you upload two types of photos:

• Garment photos
• Your personal photo (selfie or front-facing image)

These photos are used exclusively to generate AI virtual try-on images.

1.2 Generated Images

We store the output (generated try-on image) securely for future features such as "Try-On History".

1.3 Device Identifier

To enforce usage limits (10 images per hour, 40 per day), we generate a unique device identifier.

This identifier:

• Does not reveal your identity
• Does not include personal information
• Is used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect:

• App performance data
• Crash logs
• Basic device information (model, OS version)
• Network information needed for app functionality

We do not collect precise location data.

1.5 Account Data We Collect

"Account Data" means the information linked to your VTRYON account, which may include:

• Identity & profile: full name, username, business/shop name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, city/address (if provided), GST details (if provided).
• Authentication & security: password (stored only as a hashed/encrypted value, never as plain text), login/session tokens, OTP/verification status (if used), login history.
• Billing & plan details: plan/subscription status, invoices/receipts, payment status and transaction reference IDs (we do not store full card details).
• Usage & activity: credits balance and consumption, feature usage history (model/pose/try-on/video jobs), timestamps, device/app version, error logs needed for support.
• Support communications: messages, attachments, and conversation history with support.

We use Account Data to operate the Service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To generate virtual try-on results using AI
• To store your photos securely for future "History" features
• To enforce usage limits per device
• To improve app performance and user experience
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
• To respond to user support requests

We do NOT:

• Sell your data
• Share your photos with advertisers
• Use your photos for AI training
• Use your photos for marketing or public display

3. Photo Storage & Retention

Your photos (uploaded and generated) are stored on our secure servers.

We follow these principles:

• Data is stored only to support app features
• Data is never shared or disclosed to third parties
• Data can be deleted upon request
• Data is not used to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Access is strictly secured and limited

You may contact us anytime to request deletion of your stored data.

4. Retention (How Long We Keep Account Data)

We retain Account Data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes (security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance).

Retention rules:

• While your account is active: We retain Account Data to provide you access to the dashboard, history, downloads, billing, and support.
• After account closure or termination: We may retain limited Account Data for:
  • Security & fraud prevention logs: typically 90–180 days
  • Legal/compliance and dispute handling: for the period required by applicable law or until disputes are resolved
• Backups: Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for 30–90 days before it is permanently removed through normal backup rotation.

We may retain minimal "proof" records (e.g., transaction references, audit logs) if required to comply with law, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted storage
• Secure servers
• Limited internal access
• HTTPS for all communication

While no system is fully immune, we take strong precautions to keep your data safe.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for:

• Image processing
• Analytics
• App performance monitoring

These services comply with international privacy standards.

No third party receives your photos for training, marketing, or advertising.

7. Children's Privacy

VTryOn is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we learn that a child under 13 has used the app, we will delete their data immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights such as:

• Right to access your data
• Right to delete your data
• Right to correct inaccurate information
• Right to restrict processing

9. Deletion (Account & Data Deletion Requests)

You can request deletion of your VTRYON account and associated Account Data by contacting:

What we do:

• We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion.
• We process deletion requests within 30 days where feasible.

What deletion includes (typically):

• Removing your profile/account details from active systems
• Removing access to your dashboard
• Deleting or de-linking stored account records where feasible

Important exceptions (data we may still keep):

We may retain certain Account Data even after deletion if necessary to:

• comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory requirements),
• complete ongoing transactions or resolve disputes,
• prevent fraud/abuse or ensure platform security,
• maintain security/audit logs for the retention period above,
• allow backup systems to rotate (data may persist in backups for 30–90 days).

Effect of deletion:

• You may permanently lose access to generation history and stored outputs you have not downloaded.
• We are not responsible for retaining copies of outputs after deletion is completed.

10. Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse:

• Users can generate up to 10 try-on images per hour
• Users can generate up to 40 try-on images per day

The limits reset automatically.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary.

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page when changes are made.
